Ticket Policy

These apply to every Panorama Live ticket, whichever show it's for.

1. A ticket is valid only for the event, date, time and value printed on it.
2. Your e-ticket is sent by email.
3. At the venue, you exchange the e-ticket for a wristband when you re-register.
4. All sales are final. There are no refunds and no exchanges.
5. Panorama Live is only responsible for tickets bought through our official ticketing platform. A ticket from an unauthorized seller or a resale market is bought at your own risk.
6. Ticket holders must follow the event rules, including the code of conduct and any instruction from the organizer or venue staff.
7. Lost or stolen tickets can't be replaced.
8. Don't post photos or screenshots of your e-ticket on social media; someone else can copy the code and use it.
9. Tickets can't be transferred to anyone other than the person registered at purchase.
